‘Conflict:: States’ is the bands third album release and their first album release in over 5 years, the last album being ‘Divide/Restore’ which features the bands most popular track ‘Life Of The Biologically Dead’.

The band features 3 incredibly talented members; Mark Lawrence (Vocals/Guitar), Lewis Betteridge (Bass) and Phil Boulter (Drums) all of which are from the large town of Eastleigh, UK where the band originally formed in 2008. The trio draw influences from the likes of Manic Street Preachers, Depeche Mode, Nine Inch Nails, The Chemical Brothers & Massive Attack.

Whilst also showing off their awesome sound, Broken Links have even more to brag about, performing live alongside; British Sea Power, The Boxer Rebellion, InMe, My Vitriol and The Chameleons performing in multiple countries such as UK, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic and Italy.

Lead Vocalist Mark Lawrence spoke about the new album:

People are living in a world where they think they have choices. There are no choices. We’re on borrowed time. This album is a statement of awareness to all the shit holding society back.”

– Mark Lawrence

Overall, the bands new release is brilliant and we are super excited to hear the the new album later this year. The sound that they’ve put together is something that these days isn’t heard very often, very 80’s and 90’s vibes which right now is rising in popularity, 2021 could be Broken Link’s year to really explode into the scene.
